The concept
Every workplace has its own language. A shared vocabulary of phrases that mean everything and nothing — deployed in all-hands meetings, performance reviews, and the kind of email that ends with 'per my last message'.
Book Value started as a question: what if that language was embroidered on a cap? What if 'Scope Creep' was stitched in thread instead of typed in a Slack message?
The answer, it turns out, is that people find it very funny. And then they want one.

The phrases are earned
Nothing is invented. Every phrase in the range has been said, typed, or suffered through in a real workplace. If you recognise it, that's the point.

The quality is not a joke
Premium structured caps. Heavyweight quarter-zips. Ceramic mugs that hold their weight. The humour is in the phrase. The product has to stand on its own.
